RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned Exchange within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.

Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging, and other accessories received with the order.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Jazeera Scents. We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 2 – 3 business days of receipt. You will be notified via call when the refund is applied.
